The Global Road Safety Partnership (GRSP) is launching a Road Safety Manual for Decision Makers and Practitioners on “Drinking and Driving” as part of developing an action plan against drinking and driving. The event will be coordinated by the Indian Alcohol Policy Alliance (IAPA), the National Institute for Mental Health and Neuro Science (NIMHANS) and GRSP. The Manual has been developed by GRSP in collaboration with the World Health Organization (WHO), the World Bank and the FIA Foundation.
The Manual has four descriptive chapters:

2. Assessing the situation and choosing priority actions
3. How to design and implement a drinking & driving
programme
4. How to evaluate the programme |
